APEVA is able to offer its customers a variety of products to meet specific demands for individual applications. Depending on the status of the product development, we can supply smaller scale systems for lab or pilot production such as Gen1 or Gen2 systems.

For customers that are ready to go into mass production, we can provide custom designed production systems up to size Gen10.5.

To offer our customers the highest degree of flexibility, existing OVPD systems can be equipped with additional STExS to increase the number of different materials that can be used in one deposition chamber. The additional sources can be easily added to an installed system.
